  • All leases are executed in writing for a term of not less than one (1) year.
  • Rental charges are set in advance at Fair Market Value (FMV) based on independent commercial appraisal standards in Madison County, Mississippi.
  • Rental rates and lease terms are strictly independent of, and do not take into account, the volume or value of any patient referrals or other healthcare business generated between the parties.
  • There is no requirement or inducement, express or implied, for any tenant, specialist, or associate practitioner to refer patients to Dr. Indira Kota Veerisetty, MRMC, or any affiliated healthcare entity.
